The Story
The Marston Group required a general uplift of their offices and common areas as they were looking 'tied'. Cupaz was appointed after due consideration, based on their comprehensive proposal, attention to detail and a good understanding of the needs of the office. The works planned were potentially very disruptive and had to be carried out during office hours. So due consideration to staff needs was an important factor in the decision making process.

Conclusion
The work was carried out during office hours, by 'zoning' off areas to allow the company to continue to operate. Our installation staff made every effort to work with the people at The Marston Group, modifying and changing specifications as the project evolved. Toilets were greatly improved, with plumbing, electrical, tiling and decorating services. One toilet was also converted into a kitchen. The ceilings and lighting was upgraded to greatly improve the working areas and the common stairs were upgraded with non-slip vinyl's and reinforced 'nosing's' to accommodate a stair climber. |

Final comment
"We chose Cupaz for their close attention to details, their knowledgeable people and the fact that they seemed to fully understand our needs and concerns. This was always going to be a difficult, messy and disruptive project, but I must say all of Cupaz's staff were considerate and very accommodating, ensuring that the work was as painless as possible. I managed other premises and will always ask Cupaz first to quote for more work and would happily recommend them." Corrine Dowsett - Facilities Manager |
